The fruity fragrance is balanced with hues of aquatic blue, a hidden hint of coconut, and a subtle powdery essence in its dry-down, with this in mind I would recommend it most for the spring season.
The longevity of Daisy Dream is commendable, with the scent lingering on my skin throughout the day. Its sillage strikes the right balance, leaving a gentle trail without being overwhelming. It’s the kind of fragrance that invites compliments without demanding attention, and that subtlety is something I genuinely appreciate.

At first spritz, the fragrance presented a rich and luxurious blend that, to be honest, didn’t immediately resonate with my usual scent preferences. However, as with many intricate fragrances, patience unveiled a transformation that made me really appreciate the fragrance.
As the perfume settled into my skin, the heart notes of Bulgarian rose and jasmine emerged, softening the composition and adding a touch of floral elegance. It was in this phase that the scent began to weave a more intricate and nuanced story. The transition from the intense opening to the more delicate heart notes showcased the depth and complexity hidden within Decadence.
The base notes, featuring vetiver, papyrus woods, and liquid amber, contributed to the fragrance’s longevity and warmth. It was during this lingering stage that I found myself appreciating the boldness of Decadence.
Released in 2015 the fragrance was a huge success and is surely one of the best Marc Jacobs perfumes for ladies, today Decadence has a whole collection inspired by this original created by Annie Buzantian and Ann Gottlieb.

However, after extensive research and a personal reevaluation of the scent, I couldn’t deny the undeniable truth – Daisy by Marc Jacobs is undeniably a timeless classic.
Despite concerns about its prevalence, revisiting Daisy revealed its enduring charm and versatility. The delicate balance of floral and fruity notes, the sheer elegance of its composition, and the lasting impression it leaves are qualities that have stood the test of time.
I do have to say, if you’re looking for longevity and intensity, this isn’t the strongest of the bunch and you may be better off trying the fragrance listed prior to this one, it is made specifically for your type.

The fragrance opens with juicy notes of rhubarb and bright daffodils that reveal a comforting heart of almond milk. The fragrance finishes with a soft dry down of cedarwood and cashmere.
The perfume was inspired by Marc Jacobs’ mantra: “I am perfect as I am,” which is symbolized by a tattoo of the word “perfect” on his wrist. Like his tattoo, Perfect Marc Jacobs is about embracing and expressing one’s true self.
